Shipping policy
Pre-Orders:
A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centre. You can still order these products and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page.
Shipping and Delivery (Australia):
- Orders typically ship within 72 hours.
- Delivery within Australia usually takes 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
- Standard shipping is FREE.
- We primarily use Australia Post for Australian deliveries.
Shipping and Delivery (International):
- Orders typically ship within 72 hours.
- Delivery to all countries other than Australia usually takes 6 to 21 days after dispatch.
- Shipping rates differ by country and are calculated at checkout.
- We ship all international orders Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) via Australia Post. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the checkout total. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. This means you may be required to pay applicable charges before receiving your package. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges. Refusal to pay duties or taxes may result in the package being returned, abandoned, or destroyed. We are not responsible for such outcomes.
- For orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means your order will be delivered with all customs charges prepaid.

- Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date. For pre-orders, the dispatch date is approximate and shown on the product page.

* Please note: Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping charges.
** Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
*** Please note: T1DE is not liable if the wrong shipping information is provided to us at the check out point and therefore is not liable to refund the order but can re-dispatch to the corrected address once the parcel has been returned to sender and reached T1DE, at the customers expense.
